We've compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions and answered them all below to make it easy on you. Shipping & Orders
How fast do you ship my items?
Faster than you can finish serving your 5-minute major penalty for dropping the mitts. All orders are shipped within 24 hours including weekends, but our true goal is to get them shipped in two hours or less if purchased during regular business hours!
What happens if my order is out of stock? Can I order it anyways?
At various times during the year, especially peak times at certain points in the hockey season, Max-Performance will occasionally run out of stock. If we can get the item, we will leave it on the website and allow you to order it. If this happens, we will email you immediately after your purchase and notify you of the delay. It typically takes 5-7 days for us to receive the new stock.
What are your shipping costs?
We have various shipping costs depending on the item you're purchasing. Simply add the item to your cart, view your cart, and you can obtain a quick and easy shipping quote. We offer competitive rates based on Canada Post pricing to save you money.
Do you combine shipping if I buy multiple items?
Definitely! Every chance we can package your items together, we will do it. You will receive it all together, and you will also receive a discount on shipping!
Do you offer free in-store pickup?
Absolutely! Simply select "In-store Pickup" during checkout, and there will be no shipping charge. Payment must be made online, and I.D. is required at pickup.
Payments & Pricing
Are your online store prices in Canadian or US dollars?
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD)! This benefits both Canadian and US customers, with no hefty conversion fees for Canadians and great savings for Americans.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express online. In our Vancouver store, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Do I need an account to shop on Max-Performance Sports?
No, you can check out as a guest! However, we recommend creating an account for faster checkouts, order tracking, and purchase history.
I notice a few items are labelled as Special Order Items. What does that mean?
These items ship from our warehouse instead of our Vancouver store. We stock and manage everything ourselves, with no third parties involved.
